General license terms

The author has licensed this software as "Commercial Software" , allowing use low cost for unlimited time , although subject to the following LIMITATIONS:

·         Simple installation and / or execution of the software implies full acceptance by the user of the above limitations and the " Terms of Use " detailed below, in ALL its terms , being bound by them . If the user does not agree with any term of these Terms of use will not be allowed to install and / or use of the software.

·         You are entitled , upon payment to the copyright owner , to use the software but not the ownership. Therefore, the user may NOT decompile the software or use any reverse engineering for analysis or modification.

·         You may NOT distribute copies of free software installation system to other users. You must use the procedures and points of discharge expressly authorized by the author of this software.

·         The user CAN NOT , under any circumstances, use the software to carry out illegal activities.

·         Sale of this software is not permitted in any way, except from legal google play market.

·         The software is distributed "AS IS." By this agreement the intellectual author behind the software is free of any liability for the use by the user of the software.

·         The user expressly assumes the risk of using the Software and use it based on the recommendations given in the same software. In no event shall the Owner responsible intellectual program to the user or third parties, for any damage, or any damage arising as a result of its use

·         The copyright owner shall not be liable for any damages or direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, or for the effects on the operation of third party software or operating system.

·         The user agrees to accept all responsibility for any damages, consequential or otherwise resulting from the use and / or misuse of the software, either directly or otherwise.

·         The copyright Owner  reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Software (or any portion thereof). The proprietary  shall not be liable to Customer or to any third party for any suspension or discontinuation of the Software.

·         The software copyright owner shall be bound to support the software under the following conditions:

o   The copyright owner ALWAYS recommends try before the ShareWare version of their software as some problems may occur in some mobile devices and are therefore outside the operation of the software and hardware dependent on device and OS failures.

o   This programm have been tested on Xperia U, HTC Desire, Xiamoi MI3, Samsung Galaxy. All of them with different sound quality HW.

o   The software should be original, unmodified and obtained by the authorized distribution channels.

o    The software must be previously prepaid to the software copyright owner.

o    The user must indicate possible faults and provide information of when the failure occurs.

o   The copyright owner agrees with failure information to try to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

o   The copyright owner will not make any refund of purchase outside the policy set by Google Play.
